- If a factory defect is detected, you can return or exchange your order. In this case, all shipping costs are covered by the seller.
Preservation of the presentation, consumer qualities, etc., the presence of a postal document (check) on receipt of the goods are essential. There should be no signs of use (wear). As soon as we receive the goods, we refund you immediately.
